Opening For VMC Operator

As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and managing vertical machining centers. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Set Up VMC Machines**: Prepare and configure vertical machining centers for production by installing tools and fixtures according to specifications. Proper setup ensures accuracy in machining parts.

- **Run Production Cycles**: Operate machines to manufacture parts as per required specifications. You will need to monitor the process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This involves using measurement tools to check dimensions and finishes.

- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on your machines to keep them in good working order. If issues arise, you should be able to identify problems and troubleshoot effectively.

- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of production and machine operations. This documentation helps track performance and assists in quality control processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in operating CNC machines, specifically vertical machining centers.

- A basic education level of 10th pass is required, with knowledge of machining practices and safety standards.

- You must have good attention to detail and an ability to read technical drawings.

- Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
