Responsibilities and Authorities

. CNC / VMC - Machine Operators:

 Responsibilities:

 Responsible for desired defect free output in Production.

 Responsible for De-burring as mentioned in Work Instruction.

 Tool pre - setting.

 In process inspection.

 Maintaining of production log.

 Tool life recording

 Control of process rejections.

 Inform supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event of machine problems.

 Responsible for Work Station 5S.

 Understanding and adhering of department Significant Aspects/Impacts

 Understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures

 Adopt KAPL Waste Segregation Method

 Handling/storage/disposal of Hazardous waste /Hazardous chemical

 Chemical Spill response based on SDS

 Communicate the below mentioned information to department core team member as per internal

communication procedure

 Abnormal situation /Non-conformance

 Perform EMS relevant task as per department core team member instruction

 Qualifications:

 ITI or DME with 1 or 2 years machining experience.

 Experience:

 1 or 2 years machining experience.
