Job Description

Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience. Travel Visas Documentation Real-time Experience

Primary Skills:

- Good Communication Skills (English & Local language).

- Should Handle All Schengen/Asian Countries/USA/Canada/Australia/Africa Countries & Other Countries Travel Visa Documentation

- Travel Visa Documents verification process for all countries

- Managing all Visa Applications in Travel Visa Management System.

- Filling all countries Visa Applications (online and off-line).

- Submitting applications to the consulates and Embassies.

- Need to Coordinate with the existing Corporate Clients & Travel Agents for Visa Applications

- Responding to client/Corporate Clients calls for Travel Visa enquiries via telephonic (inbound calls & mails).

- Fallow up calls to clients who made an enquiry and converting the leads.

- Checking the visa tracking status with consulate and embassy and updating to clients accordingly.

- Booking the appointment for visa interviews and booking Itineraries as per the client requirements if required

- Prepare covering letter/Sponsorship letters as per the consulate/embassy rules.

- Knowledge to prepare the authorization letter for submitting the visa applications

- Vendor Management, Payments Tracking.

- Other Documentation Activities for Travel Insurance Flight & Hotek Itineraries preparation.
