Looking for highly creative individuals in the field of Wedding Photo Retoucher cum BDE for our DOP Studio. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with editors and photographers to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Ability to visualise true colours in images.

Review photos, edit and make necessary changes.

Stay up to date with new image editing technologies.

Colour Correction based on RGB colour space.

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

Researching prospective accounts in target markets

Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

This is a full time position, applications for freelance or part-time jobs will NOT be entertained.
