We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team in Jalpaiguri, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and a passion for creating compelling videos that engage and inspire viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Editing Footage**: Review and edit raw video footage to create polished and engaging final products, ensuring high-quality visual and audio standards.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and maintain a clear vision throughout the editing process.

- **Creative Input**: Provide creative suggestions for video content, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling and overall viewer experience.

- **File Management**: Organize and manage video files effectively, ensuring easy access and storage for current and future projects.

- **Deadline Management**: Complete editing tasks within tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and integrity of the final product.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required. Candidates should be creative, with a good understanding of visual storytelling techniques. A background in film or media studies is a plus but not mandatory. Male candidates preferred for this role.
