Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video)

Repurpose them into engaging shorts and reels for social media

Understand and resonate with startup and business content

Bring creative input while sticking to brand style and tone

What Were Looking For:

-1+ years of video editing experience

-Strong portfolio (podcasts, short-form content)

-Familiarity with modern editing styles for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)

-Proficiency in any editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, etc.)

-Good communication and time management skills

-Based in Mumbai (Remote role)

What Youll Do:

-Edit and enhance podcast episodes for YouTube/Spotify

-Create thumb-stopping reels/shorts from long-form content

-Add captions, transitions, branding, and stock elements

-Deliver content on schedule while maintaining quality
