We are looking for a talented Video Editor in Bhopal, India, with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of video editing techniques and a creative approach to storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio. You will work with different types of content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips.

2. **Story Development**: Collaborate with the content team to understand the vision for each project and help in shaping the narrative through effective editing techniques. You will ensure that the final product aligns with the intended message.

3. **Audio Editing**: Enhance audio quality and sync sound with visuals, using editing software to create a seamless viewing experience. This includes adding sound effects, voiceovers, and background music.

4. **Feedback Integration**: Take constructive feedback from the team and make necessary adjustments to all video projects. You will be expected to be open to suggestions and ensure client satisfaction.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Review final videos for errors before distribution, ensuring all content meets the required standards.
