Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
Perform color correction and color grading to maintain brand consistency.
Enhance audio quality and synchronize voiceovers.
Create thumbnail concepts and optimize videos for different platforms.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements.
Deliver videos within the given deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends, and AI editing tools.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and backups.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is an added advantage.
Understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and animation.
Experience editing vertical videos (9:16), landscape videos (16:9), and square formats.
Familiarity with AI tools such as CapCut, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar ones is a plus.
Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in media, film, mass communication, animation, or a related field (preferred).
