Reports To: Rice Plant Manager

Job Purpose

To operate Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packing machines efficiently while ensuring accurate weight, sealing quality, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up VFFS packing machines.

Change product and pouch sizes as per production plan.

Monitor weight accuracy and sealing quality.

Reduce packing material wastage.

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Record hourly production and downtime.

Coordinate with QA for product quality.

Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.

Maintain 5S around the packing line.

Qualification

ITI/Diploma/12th Pass

Experience

2-5 years operating VFFS machines in FMCG/Food/Rice industries.
