- minimum 6 months of experience

- experience in navigating and utilizing dental softwares for insurance verification purposes

- demonstrate strong english communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective client correspondence

- proficiency in basic computer operations

- system with at least windows 10 or higher operating system, reliable power and internet connection, proper working headset

- adaptability to work within usa time zones and calendars

- est, cst, pst or mst timezone which is defined by the client

- responsive during working hours

- understanding of usa dental insurances and associated processes

- reliable and takes ownership of all required tasks and interactions
