- Minimum 6 months of experience

- Experience in navigating and utilizing dental softwares for Insurance Verification purposes

- Demonstrate strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective client correspondence

- Proficiency in basic computer operations

- System with at least Windows 10 or higher operating system, reliable power and internet connection, proper working headset

- Adaptability to work within USA time zones and calendars

- EST, CST, PST or MST timezone which is defined by the Client

- Responsive during working hours

- Understanding of USA dental insurances and associated processes

- Reliable and takes ownership of all required tasks and interactions

- Salary 25k-30k Rupees
