Hiring Utility Operator For Valsad

1 Maintenance Fitter must be completed 3 years course in fitter/MMCP trade.

2 Maintenance fitter able to trouble shoot the mechanical problems problem indepedently.

3 He shall Find the root cause & remidies of problems for non recurrence.

4 Attend the Break down of equipments & mechanical maintenance in rotational shift

5 Carry out the preventive maintenance of the equipments as per schedule

Keep record of the same.

6 Carry out the CLITA of the Equipments & keep record the same.

7 Monitor the MTR/MTBF/MTTR & keep record of the same.

8 Monitor the vibration /Noise of of Critical Equipmets & keep records

9 Carry out the preventive maintenance of the Utility equipments as per schedule

10 Carry out the predective maintenance as & when required

11 Able to trouble shoot the Recators related problems

12 Replacing /Trouble shoot problem of the Single /double mechanical seal of pumps

13 Carry out the internal inspecton of Reactors as and when required

14 Carry out the thickness mesurments of vessels & tanks .Keep te record.

15 Co ordinate with Fabrication Contractor for piping /modification work.

16 Maintain the Critical spares required for emergency .

17 Maintain the 5 s practices

18 Effective management of Tools & tackles

19 Repairing of hoist & monorail mechanism

1 • Ensure good housekeeping in and around work area.

2 • Use of all required PPE.

3 • Prompt reporting of any abnormality, deviation, near miss, accident, incident to HSE dept.

4 • Conduct joint safety inspections with HSE Dept representative.

5 • Compliance as per area safety checklists.

6 • Implementation of HSE Policies, procedures, practices and systems at work area.

7 • Comply with Safety Rules and regulations.
