Hiring Freshers || Utility Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain utility systems: This includes overseeing the functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other utility systems to ensure optimal performance.

2. Conduct regular inspections: Inspect utility equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems and take necessary corrective actions.

3. Coordinate with vendors: Communicate with utility service providers and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Keep records and documentation: Maintain accurate records of utility usage, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.
