Solid experience in understanding high level Development requirements from Functional & Technical Perspective.

Expert level experience in sourcing resumes from ATS & Job boards: Ceipal, Jobdiva, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed & Linkedin.

Proactively sourced resumes for various contractual and permanent technology (IT) related opportunity as per the market trends and client needs.

Working closely with onsite Account Managers/ BDM to analyse job requirements, the scope of project, skills requirements, salary, and recruitment strategies for specific niche IT roles.

Pre-screened/ Prep conducting internal interviews of the candidates to understanding their interest and mindset

Expert Level experience in coordinating & scheduling client interviews based on availability.

Helping consultants for a smooth on-boarding at client place by coordinating the information with clients
