• solid experience in understanding high level development requirements from functional & technical perspective.
• expert level experience in sourcing resumes from ats & job boards: ceipal, jobdiva, dice, monster, career builder, indeed & linkedin.
• proactively sourced resumes for various contractual and permanent technology (it) related opportunity as per the market trends and client needs.
• working closely with onsite account managers/ bdm to analyse job requirements, the scope of project, skills requirements, salary, and recruitment strategies for specific niche it roles.
• pre-screened/ prep conducting internal interviews of the candidates to understanding their interest and mindset
• expert level experience in coordinating & scheduling client interviews based on availability.
• helping consultants for a smooth on-boarding at client place by coordinating the information with clients
