we have a position open for recruitment processing outsourcing (rpo) team leader (us healthcare vertical)

accountable for the service delivery and operational management of the sourcing and recruitment related activities of several clients / projects. ensure the team is delivering all outcomes as specified in the client/stakeholder contracts and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives. lead and manage team to ensure high engagement, productivity and performance.

location – ahmadabad

shift – us shift between 5:00 pm – 2:00 am

shift - night shift

week off - saturday & sunday

salary – best in the industry

requirements –

• 2-4 years experience required in rpo as a sr position

• candidate should belong from usa healthcare recruitments

• any 12th, graduate, post graduate.

• english should be very excellent.

• able to deal with the clients based on us.

• must have leadership qualities.

• able to work from scratch
