We have a position open for Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) Team Leader (US Healthcare Vertical)

Accountable for the service delivery and operational management of the sourcing and recruitment related activities of several clients / projects. Ensure the team is delivering all outcomes as specified in the Client/Stakeholder contracts and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage team to ensure high engagement, productivity and performance.

Location Ahmadabad

Shift US Shift between 5:00 PM 2:00 AM

Shift - Night Shift

Week off - Saturday & Sunday

Salary Best in the industry

Requirements

2-4 years experience required in RPO As a SR position

Candidate should belong from USA Healthcare recruitments

Any 12th, graduate, post graduate.

English should be very excellent.

Able to deal with the clients based on US.

Must have leadership qualities.

Able to work from scratch
