As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for positions based in the United States. Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other channels.

- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
