Role and Responsibilities
Strong Understanding of US Terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099.
Hired US citizens, Green card holders, H1Bs, EAD, and TN1 visa holders. Recruiting effectively through Job Portals & Employee Referrals.
Good Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn, indeed, Internet Search, and Boolean Strings Search.
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
Handling the entire recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
Leave Management & Salary Making.
Performance Management.
Handling Employee Retention Management.
Handling Employee Engagement.
