We are looking to hire a committed and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team on an urgent basis. Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts and prior US IT staffing experience is mandatory.

What You will be Doing (Mandatory and Critical Responsibilities)

Strong Experience of End to End US IT Recruitment Process in US IT Staffing Industry.

Exceptional turn-around time (Less than 24 hours) in head-hunting and presenting candidates for the urgent-hire Technical and Functional Positions

Work on Multiple Openings for multiple clients on a daily basis, in a dynamic and fast paced setting.

Work on Contract, Direct Hire, Internal & C2H (Contract to Hire) Positions.

Take OWNERSHIP and work on end to end recruitment cycle WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION: Searching for candidates, Shortlisting profiles, contacting candidates, initial screening, presenting to HIRD Management, setting up candidate interviews, negotiating salary with candidates, extending job offer.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn etc.), Creating and posting jobs on the Company Job Portal and social job boards.

Placed candidates in Technical Roles (Software Engineers, Developers, Analysts, QA Testers Architects etc.), Non-IT Roles (Test Engineers, Design Engineers etc.), Functional Roles (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, etc.).

* Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment comfortable with ambiguity.

Other projects and responsibilities as requested.

Minimum of 1 year experience in US IT Recruitment (End to End)
