We are looking for 8 US IT Recruiter Posts in Hyderabad with deep knowledge in US IT Technical Recruiter and Required Educational Qualification is : Bachelor Degree

IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to full-fill current and forecasted requirements.

 Need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the IT Industry specifically in various IT technologies.

 Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates.

 Post job requirements on the internet to increase the candidate pool.

 Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.

 CV screening and shortlisting before sending it to the AM. Good Exposure in Sourcing W2, Corp-2-Corp 1099 profiles.· Excellence in searching tools (Dice, Techfetch, Career builder, Monster, Professional Networking Sites, Groups or any etc.) and should be proficient in Boolean search.

 Experience in working with Direct Clients, Tier-I Vendors, Implementation Partners etc. Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.

 Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors.

 Coordinates interviews and be hand in the end-end process till offers have been rolled.
