IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to full-fill current and forecasted requirements.
Need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the IT Industry specifically in various IT technologies.
Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates.
Post job requirements on the internet to increase the candidate pool.
Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.
CV screening and shortlisting before sending it to the AM. Good Exposure in Sourcing W2, Corp-2-Corp 1099 profiles.· Excellence in searching tools (Dice, Techfetch, Career builder, Monster, Professional Networking Sites, Groups or any etc.) and should be proficient in Boolean search.
Experience in working with Direct Clients, Tier-I Vendors, Implementation Partners etc. Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.
Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors.
Coordinates interviews and be hand in the end-end process till offers have been rolled.
