Roles and Responsibilities

You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.

You will perform end to end recruiting such as sourcing, screening, and as needed interview coordination

Work with Sources (On site and Off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and manage the sourcing process. Mentor sources as needed Search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed for job openings.

Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills

Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions

Contact references and perform background checks on job applicants

Perform on boarding coordination with the HR & back-office team

Search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses. Test applicants, contact references and do interview coordination.

You are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.
