Roles and Responsibilities
• You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.
• You will perform end to end recruiting such as sourcing, screening, and as needed interview coordination
• Work with Sources (On site and Off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and manage the sourcing process. Mentor sources as needed • Search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed for job openings.
• Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
• Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions
• Contact references and perform background checks on job applicants
• Perform on boarding coordination with the HR & back-office team
• Search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses. Test applicants, contact references and do interview coordination.
• You are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.
