roles and responsibilities

• you will work on both direct hire and contract openings for our clients.

• you will perform end to end recruiting such as sourcing, screening, and as needed interview coordination

• work with sources (on site and off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and manage the sourcing process. mentor sources as needed • search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed for job openings.

• interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills

• inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions

• contact references and perform background checks on job applicants

• perform on boarding coordination with the hr & back-office team

• search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses. test applicants, contact references and do interview coordination.

• you are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.
