roles and responsibilities & skills required:

• candidates who are in us & canada it staffing with a proven track record as a rockstar.

• must have pre-work experience with direct clients along with us citizens who are consultants and hiring managers.

• responsible for handling end to the end recruitment process.

• using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of hopeful candidates.

• conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements. hands-on experience with various interview formats (. phone, , zoom, teams, & structured)

• should be able to source candidates for v-soft clients from job boards like monster, dice, career builder, social networking sites like linkedin, and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry.

• he / she must be able to work as per us eastern standard time zone

• he / she must be able to use their experience to meet the targets set by the manager.

• the ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of experience in the us staffing industry.

• should have good experience in working with direct clients.

• should have worked with citizens and green card holders.

• should understand the us taxation terms such as w2, corp-corp, and 1099.

• have experience in placing c2c, c2h, and full-time positions.

• should be technically strong.
