Designation: Sr. IT Recruiter (US & Canada IT Staffing)

Roles and Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Candidates who are in US & Canada IT Staffing with a proven track record as a rockstar.

• Must have pre-work experience with Direct Clients along with US citizens who are Consultants and Hiring Managers.

• Responsible for handling End to the End Recruitment process.

• Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of hopeful candidates.

• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (. phone, , Zoom, Teams, & structured)

• Should be able to source candidates for V-Soft clients from Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn, and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry.

• He / She must be able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone

• He / She must be able to use their experience to meet the targets set by the manager.

• The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of experience in the US Staffing Industry.

• Should have good experience in working with Direct Clients.

• Should have worked with Citizens and Green Card holders.

• Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099.

• Have experience in placing C2C, C2H, and full-time positions.

• Should be Technically Strong.
