We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our design team and help shape user-centered digital experiences for our clients. You'll report directly into our design and strategy leads, working alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both beautiful and functional.

Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior. Create user flows, information architecture, and journey maps. Design wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity mockups. Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools. Create visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products. Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback. Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects. Expert knowledge of Figma. Understanding of design systems and component-based design. Experience creating responsive interfaces. Knowledge of UX research methodologies. Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS products. Motion design or micro-interaction experience. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
