Product UI Designer - Chennai

We are seeking a Product UI Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling product experiences. The role focuses on translating user insights and business requirements into high-quality UI designs while contributing to the evolution of a robust design system and maintaining strong visual consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across digital products

Translate research insights into user personas, journey maps, and user flows

Create wireframes and convert them into high-fidelity, production-ready designs

Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Axure RP

Deliver pixel-perfect UI mockups for seamless engineering handoff

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and stakeholders

Build and maintain atomic design systems, including components and design tokens

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency

Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices

Support documentation and governance of design systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design

Strong UI design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, spacing, hierarchy)

High proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)

Experience with Axure RP for interactive prototyping

Strong understanding of design systems and atomic design principles

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design

Ability to translate research into practical UI solutions

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects
