Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or PG in Tool /Product engineering EXPERIENCE: • 2-6 years of experience in Design of Automotive Exterior Trims • Better to have experience of working on OEM projects. SKILLS: • Expert in NX • Must have a good understanding of plastic part design, development and tooling • Must have relevant experience in Master Sections and Concept creation • Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes • Should understand DFM & DFA. • Must have knowledge of international vehicle regulations • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for CAD design of Automotive plastic components considering functional, tooling and production requirements • Responsible for ensuring quality and meeting the timeline requirements of the project.
