Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tyre Man to join our team in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling tire-related services including changing, repairing, retreading, and performing wheel alignments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in tire maintenance, a passion for automotive services, and the ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Perform tire mounting, dismounting, repair, retreading, and balancing according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Conduct wheel alignments using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire wear.

Inspect tires for damage, wear, and inflation issues, providing recommendations to customers based on findings.

Keep accurate records of tire services performed, inventory, and customer information.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Requirements:

Previous experience (X years) as a Tyre Man or in a similar role, specializing in tire changing, repair, retreading, and wheel alignment.

Strong knowledge of tire servicing techniques, tire types, and wheel alignment procedures.

Proficiency in using tire-changing machines, alignment equipment, and other related tools.

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and standards.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in tire repair, retreading, or wheel alignment from recognized institutions.

Familiarity with various tire brands, sizes, and vehicle types.
