Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tire maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Tire Inspection: Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation, using diagnostic equipment as needed.

Tire Mounting and Balancing: Mount, dismount, and balance tires on various types of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Tire Repair: Perform tire repairs, including patching, plug repairs, and sidewall fixes, following industry standards and safety protocols.

Wheel Alignment: Conduct wheel alignment checks and adjustments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity.

Customer Service: Interact with customers, providing guidance on tire selection, maintenance, and addressing their queries and concerns.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, ordering new tires and supplies as needed, and organizing stock effectively.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role within an automotive service center or dealership.

Skills: Proficiency in tire mounting, balancing, and repair techniques, using appropriate tools and equipment.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tire specifications, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and alignment procedures.

Detail-Oriented: Attentive to detail when inspecting tires and performing repairs to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance on tire maintenance and selection.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines when handling tires, tools, and machinery.
