Interview For Car Washer || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Two Wheeler Washing Man to join our team in Parassala. The ideal candidate will handle the washing and cleaning of two-wheelers and maintain a high standard of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Washing and Cleaning:** Perform thorough washing and cleaning of motorcycles and scooters, ensuring they are spotless and well-maintained. This includes using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.

- **Drying and Polishing:** After washing, dry and polish the vehicles to enhance their appearance and protect the surfaces, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Inspection:** Inspect each vehicle before and after washing to identify any damages or issues, reporting them to the supervisor for necessary actions.

- **Maintaining Equipment:** Keep cleaning equipment and tools in good condition, performing basic maintenance and reporting any faults promptly.

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide friendly customer service, answering questions and ensuring clients are happy with the washing services rendered.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a basic education, ideally completing 10th grade, and should not require extensive experience-0 to 2 years will suffice. You should be attentive to detail and take pride in your work. The ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines is essential. Good communication skills are important for interacting with customers. A willingness to learn and develop skills in vehicle maintenance is also expected. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office location.
