Turbine Engineer

In this position you will be the lead person having responsibility of complete operation and maintenance of our back-pressure turbine. You will be responsible for pre-commissioning checks and also assisting the commissioning of the turbine. Suitable candidates need to have at least 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance of steam turbines with at least 4 years experience in a lead position.

You will be responsible for managing the turbine operators and helpers, coming up with standard operating procedures, logs, maintenance schedules and coordinate with boiler and power distribution leads. You will be responsible for shift scheduling, spare parts ordering and coordinating with other stakeholder to ensure smooth turbine operation.
