**responsibilities:**

- perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, including diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

- conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

- collaborate with senior technicians to learn and develop skills in areas such as engine repair, transmission systems, brakes, and electrical systems.

- use various tools and equipment to effectively repair and replace components.

- keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and hours spent on each task.

- maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.

- assist with road tests to ensure proper functionality after repairs.

- participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.

**qualifications:**

- no prior experience required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.

- basic mechanical aptitude and interest in trucks and automotive systems.

- strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.

- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

**compensation:**

- during the training period without skills: monthly salary ranging from rs 5000 to rs 7000, including accommodation and meals.

- upon acquiring necessary skills: monthly salary ranging from rs 15,000 to rs 25,000, including accommodation and meals.
