Key Responsibilities as a Trek Leader:

Lead and Manage Trekking Groups in Mountain and Wilderness Environments.

Ensure the Safety and Well-being of all Participants Throughout the Trek.

Conduct Pre-trek Briefings On Safety Protocols, Itinerary, and Environmental Practices.

Monitor Weather Conditions and Make Informed Decisions Regarding Route Changes.

Coordinate Logistics, Accommodation, Transportation, and Campsite Arrangements.

Provide Basic First Aid and Emergency Assistance When Required.

Encourage Teamwork and Maintain a Positive Group Atmosphere.

Promote Responsible and Sustainable Trekking Practices.

Assist Participants with Trekking Techniques, Acclimatization, and Fitness Guidance.
