Hiring Travel Consultant For Gurgaon

Key Responsibility Areas :-

Manage assigned leads and initiate customer contact as per the daily sales rstand customer requirements such as destination, departure city, travel date, number of passengers, hotel category, inclusions, trip purpose, and food preference.

Prepare customized travel packages using suitable existing packages or creating new packages when required.

Prepare quotations by reviewing the day-wise itinerary, hotels, flights, prices, and package inclusions.

Share quotations with customers through email and WhatsApp and explain the package details clearly.

Follow up with customers at the agreed time and record customer responses, changes, and next follow-up dates in the CRM.

Handle customer requests related to package changes, fare conditions, availability, and approved discounts.

Confirm booking requirements and collect the required customer documents and booking information.

Generate and share payment links and guide customers through the payment process.

Process confirmed bookings, update full or partial payment details, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Coordinate with the Operations Team for flights, hotels, sightseeing, tours, transfers, costing, guest details, and final confirmations.

Share booking confirmations, tickets, invoices, payment information, and other required documents with customers and maintain complete CRM records.

Performance will be measured based on:

Lead Follow-Up: Timely follow-up of assigned leads and customer inquiries.

Lead Conversion: Conversion of qualified customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Quotation Accuracy: Accuracy of itinerary, hotel, flight, price, and inclusion details.

Response Time: Timely response to customer inquiries, changes, and follow-ups.

CRM Accuracy: Complete and timely updating of customer conversations, requirements, follow-ups, and booking information.

Booking Accuracy: Correct entry of customer, document, payment, and booking details.

Customer Service: Clear communication and smooth handling of customer requirements and concerns.
