Transport Supervisor Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and organized Transport Supervisor to manage our transportation operations. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start their careers in logistics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Transport Operations:** Ensure all transport activities run smoothly by coordinating schedules and monitoring deliveries to meet deadlines.

- **Manage Vehicle Fleet:** Keep track of all vehicles in use, ensuring they are maintained, serviced regularly, and ready for use.

- **Communicate with Drivers:** Maintain clear and open communication with drivers to provide support, address any issues, and ensure safety standards are met.

- **Plan Routes:** Analyze and plan the best routes for transportation to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate logs of transport activities, including trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transit.

- **Coordinate Deliveries:** Work closely with other teams to ensure all deliveries are scheduled and executed according to customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with drivers and other team members. You should also be comfortable working independently from home and managing your time effectively. Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures will be beneficial.
