Transport Coordinator

Coordinating with the Transportation team regarding transportation planning and strategies

• Reviewing customer requirements and suggesting vehicle types and freight charges

• Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transportation department SOPs

• Handling any Employees complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management

• Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments.

• Planning daily transportation schedules and assigning drivers.

• Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining entries

• Developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures

• Assisting in training new recruits

• Monitoring refueling of vehicles
