Coordinating with the Transportation team regarding transportation planning and strategies

Reviewing customer requirements and suggesting vehicle types and freight charges

Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transportation department SOPs

Handling any Employees complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management

Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments.

Planning daily transportation schedules and assigning drivers.

Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining entries

Developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures

Assisting in training new recruits

Monitoring refueling of vehicles
