📌 Key Responsibilities : *Coordinate the complete transplant process for donors and recipients. * Manage patient evaluations, investigations, and pre-transplant workups.

*Coordinate with transplant surgeons, nephrologists/ hepatologists, intensivists, anesthetists, and nursing teams.

*Facilitate donor evaluation, compatibility testing, and documentation.

*Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding the transplant process, risks, benefits, medications, and follow-up care. *Ensure all consent forms, medical records, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate.

* Monitor patients during pre- and post-transplant periods and ensure timely follow-up.

* Maintain transplant registries, patient databases, and outcome records.

* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, transplant protocols, and applicable Legal and regulatory guidelines.
