Job Description:
We're looking for Transcription Specialists to join our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you'll be decoding audio content in regional languages such as Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Assamese, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Marathi, converting it into written form in both regional and English languages.
Responsibilities:
Listen to audio content and transcribe it accurately in regional and English languages.
Ensure precision and attention to detail in the transcription process.
Requirements:
Fluent communication skills in English.
Excellent listening ability to translate audio into written form.
Fluency in one or more regional languages (bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi) in both written and spoken forms.
Qualifications:
No specific degree required.
Previous transcription experience is a plus.
Familiarity with regional language accents and dialects.
