Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Help in the maintenance and cleaning of rigs and equipment to ensure everything operates smoothly and safely.

- Support Drilling Operations: Work alongside experienced crew members to assist in drilling activities, ensuring that operations are efficient and well-coordinated.

- Handle Materials and Tools: Help in the movements of tools and materials around the site, ensuring that they are readily available for use during operations.

- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices on site to promote a safe working environment for all crew members.

- Participate in Training: Engage in training sessions to learn about various operational activities and safety procedures relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Completion of 12th grade education is necessary, providing you with the basic background needed for this role.

- A willingness to learn and adapt, as this position requires you to acquire new skills quickly.

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environmental conditions typical of an oil and gas site.

- Good teamwork skills are important, as you will be collaborating closely with other crew members.
