Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate rigging activities on offshore projects.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments to meet project goals.

Develop and implement rigging procedures and protocols.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 0 To 4 years of experience in rigging, preferably in an offshore environment.

Strong knowledge of rigging principles and practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
