1. Learn and execute CT and MRI troubleshooting by assisting Senior Engineers

2. Trouble shoot and solve all service calls and complete Preventive Maintenance calls independently

3. Ensure self are engaged in service/installation activities for 80% time /month

4. Accountable for quality of all deliverables (service & Installation)

5. Improvement on quality of service & installation

6. Customer support & relation

7. Execution of Turn Around Time (TAT)
