**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Fabricate Tools and Dies:** Create and assemble specialized tools and dies used in manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet exact specifications.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly inspect and maintain all machinery and tools to ensure they are in good working condition, preventing downtime in production.

- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately to understand project specifications and implement them effectively.

- **Conduct Quality Checks:** Perform quality control checks on tools and dies to ensure they meet industry standards and function as intended.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with engineers and other team members to address any design issues and improve tool performance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in tool and die making. A completed 10th grade education is required. Strong attention to detail is crucial, along with good problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and must possess mechanical aptitude. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of safety procedures and adhere to them at all times.
