Role Summary:

Dharohar is looking for someone who loves to interact with children and feels more alive when surrounded by them. Toddler space facilitator is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their safety and well-being.

You will be responsible to:

Design and create teaching learning material for children

Conduct activities with children throughout the day, following timetable

Plan and conduct workshops with parents

Support other visitor service providers in managing/running the space

To succeed in this role, you must:

Be patient and caring towards kids

Be active to conduct activities with children

Stay calm under pressure

Understand kid’s needs and provide support

Be fluent in Hindi, English (and Mewari)
