role summary:

dharohar is looking for someone who loves to interact with children and feels more alive when surrounded by them. toddler space facilitator is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their safety and well-being.

you will be responsible to:

design and create teaching learning material for children

conduct activities with children throughout the day, following timetable

plan and conduct workshops with parents

support other visitor service providers in managing/running the space

to succeed in this role, you must:

be patient and caring towards kids

be active to conduct activities with children

stay calm under pressure

understand kid’s needs and provide support

be fluent in hindi, english (and mewari)
