We are seeking a skilled Tiles Mason to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a solid understanding of tile installation and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Tile Installation: You will be responsible for installing tiles on walls and floors, ensuring proper alignment and spacing to achieve a professional finish.

- Surface Preparation: Before laying tiles, you will prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials to ensure the tiles adhere well and last longer.

- Repair and Maintenance: You will also handle the replacement and repair of damaged tiles, maintaining quality and ensuring that the appearance matches the surrounding area.

- Reading Blueprints: You will interpret design drawings and blueprints to determine the layout and materials needed for each project.

Required skills and expectations include:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess hands-on experience in tile masonry. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. The ability to work independently as well as within a team, good time management skills, and basic knowledge of safety and quality control practices are also important. As this is a full-time position, a strong commitment to completing tasks on schedule and a willingness to maintain high standards in your work are expected.
