job description:

we are seeking experienced and detail-oriented tiles masons to join our team in qatar. as a tiles mason, you will be responsible for installing various types of tiles and stone surfaces, contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of construction and interior projects. your precision, craftsmanship, and knowledge of tile installation techniques will be essential in creating visually appealing and durable finishes.

responsibilities:

prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing before tile installation.

measure and mark surfaces to determine layout and pattern for tile installation.

cut tiles to the required size and shape using tile cutters or power saws.

mix and apply adhesives, grout, and mortar to secure tiles in place.

arrange tiles in desired patterns, taking into consideration color, size, and design.

ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced, using leveling and alignment tools.

apply sealants and finishes to protect and enhance tile surfaces.

install tile in a variety of settings, including floors, walls, countertops, and exteriors.

collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely and accurate installation.

repair and replace damaged or broken tiles as needed.

maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

requirements:

proven experience as a tiles mason or similar role in tile installation.

in-depth knowledge of different types of tiles, stones, adhesives, grouts, and installation techniques.

ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

proficiency in using tile cutting tools, power saws, and other relevant equipment.

strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and layout planning.

attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing designs.
