Opening For TIG & Arc Welder

As a TIG & Arc Welder, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and production process by using specialized welding techniques to join metal parts. This position is based in Kollam and requires individuals with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Perform TIG and Arc Welding:** Execute welding techniques to fuse metal components, ensuring precise and high-quality welds according to project specifications.

- **Read and Interpret Blueprints:** Understand engineering drawings and specifications to determine the welding requirements and methods needed for each task.

- **Inspect Welds for Quality:** Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning and troubleshooting minor issues.

- **Ensure Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in TIG and Arc welding.

- A 12th-grade education is required; additional vocational training in welding techniques is a plus.
