Opening For TIG & Arc Welder

As a TIG & Arc Welder, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and production process by using specialized welding techniques to join metal parts. This position is based in Kollam and requires individuals with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform TIG and Arc Welding: Execute welding techniques to fuse metal components, ensuring precise and high-quality welds according to project specifications.

- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand engineering drawings and specifications to determine the welding requirements and methods needed for each task.

- Inspect Welds for Quality: Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning and troubleshooting minor issues.

- Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in TIG and Arc welding.

- A 12th-grade education is required; additional vocational training in welding techniques is a plus.

- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential for producing high-quality welds.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
