TIG & Arc Welder (2-8 Years)

As a TIG & Arc Welder in Bahrain, you will be responsible for creating strong and precise welds on various metal materials. Your role will include the following key responsibilities:

- **Read and Interpret Blueprints:** Understand technical drawings and blueprints to determine the specifications for each welding task.

- **Perform TIG and Arc Welding:** Use both TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and Arc welding techniques to join metals, ensuring high-quality and durable welds.

- **Set Up Welding Equipment:** Prepare and maintain welding equipment, adjusting settings for each specific job to achieve optimal results.

- **Inspect Welds:** Examine completed welded joints for defects or weaknesses and make necessary repairs to ensure structural integrity.

- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to safety guidelines and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your co-workers.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the welding area and equipment clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety in your work environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- **Experience in Welding:** A minimum of 2 years of experience with TIG and Arc welding techniques is required, with a preference for candidates having up to 8 years.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using welding tools and equipment, along with a strong understanding of welding processes.
