Mandatory Skills: (Test Engineers)

ï‚· Manual testing experience in test design, Test execution and defect management

ï‚· Experience in ANY Core Banking Applications like Finacle, Flex cube, Temenos T24, TCS Bancs, Finastra

Fusion, Fiserv, FIS, Misys, iMAL, etc.

ï‚· Experience in handling modules like Retail Banking, Lending, Digital Banking, Channels like Internet Banking,

Mobile Banking, ATM, IVR, Device Testing (iOS, Android, Windows), Interface Testing.

 Hands on testing experience in Core Banking experience modules – Customer, Accounts, Deposits

(term/Fixed), Loans, Treasury, Fund Transfers, Payments, Cheque, Salary processing, Speed transfers, ACH,

RTGS, Swift messages, Reports, Finance & Accounts Reconciliation, etc.

ï‚· Experience on Conventional & Islamic banking

ï‚· At least one project of SIT experience and one project in UAT dealing with business stakeholders

Nice to have Skills:

ï‚· Test management OR Defect Management tool experience

ï‚· Any testing certification

Mandatory Skills: (Business Analyst / Test Leads)

ï‚· All the mandatory skills of Test Engineers

ï‚· Experience in all the Testing phases including Test Plan, Test Design, Test Data, Test Execution & Reporting.

ï‚· Experience in leading a team of 10-12 members

ï‚· Publish MIS, DSR, WSR and Ad-hoc reports

ï‚· Test management & Defect Management tool experience

ï‚· One project experience of leading Core banking transformation / upgrade / greenfield implementation

ï‚· One project experience using digital channels like internet and Mobile banking

ï‚· Well versed with the different testing methodologies/ techniques

ï‚· Has detailed understanding of Agile Methodology and concepts

ï‚· Good Communication Skills with Consulting Outlook

ï‚· Any testing certification
