2. Preparing documents as per tender requirements.

3. Communicating with clients via calls and emails regarding tenders and works.

4. Visiting client offices for tender meetings, documentation, and billing processes.

5. Preparing sales orders, tracking project progress, and generating reports.

6. Managing tender fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and completing final tender documentation with checklists.

7. Configuring PC systems for successful tender submissions and coordinating with tender agencies and purchasers.
