You will interact with customers over the phone, answer their queries, and persuade them to take a desired action. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be the main point of contact between the company and its customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role/ Fresher Also Apply

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.

Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
