Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Hisar. This role is ideal for individuals who can work from home and wish to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce our services and gather feedback.

- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our database.

- Handle Inquiries: Respond to any questions or concerns from customers regarding our products or services.

- Follow Scripts: Use provided scripts to ensure consistent communication while adapting to customer responses.

- Achieve Targets: Aim to meet daily and weekly call quotas and contribute to the overall sales goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. A polite and patient demeanor is crucial for engaging with customers. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office, are necessary for data entry and managing information.

A self-motivated attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently from home. Previous experience in telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory, making this opportunity suitable for both newcomers and those with experience in the field. A minimum education level of 10th grade is required for this part-time position.
