Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Sonia Vihar. As a Telecaller, your primary job will be to communicate with customers over the phone, promoting our services and addressing their inquiries. This position is suitable for candidates with little to no experience, and we welcome recent school graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: You will make phone calls to potential customers, introducing our offerings and encouraging them to consider our services.

- Responding to Customer Queries: You will listen to customer questions and provide clear and accurate answers to help them understand our services better.

- Maintaining Records: It will be your responsibility to accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our system for future reference.

- Meeting Communication Targets: You will be expected to reach daily or weekly calling targets while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor through each interaction.

- Identifying Customer Needs: You will listen to customers to understand their requirements and tailor your communication to match their interests.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. It is important to be polite and patient when speaking with customers. Basic computer knowledge is required for entering data accurately. Previous experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
