Responsibilities & Duties:
ï‚· Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote our services
ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills
ï‚· Candidate must be good at explaining the features of the services
ï‚· Deliver the pitch efficiently to the customers also keeping in mind that they fulfill each and every requirement of a customer
ï‚· Keep a record of each and every personal detail and maintain all the conversations made over the telephone for future reference
ï‚· Schedule appointments so that the sales team gets in touch with the probable customers
ï‚· Most importantly, a telemarketer needs to follow up with the customer on what they had discussed in the last phone call
 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
ï‚· Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the institution reputation
ï‚· Reminder of pending fees in consultation with A/c department
ï‚· Academic counseling through calls/meetings
